PURPOSE
Practical employee wellbeing, personal learning, guided mindfulness and reflective experiences for people at work. Online, hybrid or on-site delivery by agreement.

SERVICES TO DISCUSS
1. Digital employee wellbeing library (in development).
2. Short online mindfulness sessions and agreed series.
3. Confidence, self-understanding and boundaries workshops.
4. Restorative workspace experiences: optional sound, relaxation and mindful movement.
5. Neuroinclusive wellbeing learning: attention, sensory preferences, preparation and self-advocacy.
6. Separately scoped individual or leader mentoring.

PROPOSED DIGITAL PLANS
Workplace Listening: £5 per licensed employee per month.
Workplace Learning: £6 per licensed employee per month, including Listening and the released six-part Mind Mastery at Work pathway, workbook and standard rollout resources.
These are alternative plans. No corporate subscription or employee login is active. Full resources, rights, access controls and agreements must be ready before a paid pilot begins.
Licensed-seat count, minimum seats, term, VAT status and final total are agreed in the proposal. Live delivery, personal mentoring and bespoke production are separately quoted.

PROPOSED LIVE STARTING RATES
Corporate booking up to two hours: from £1,000.
Half-day workshop: from £2,500, scope agreed.
Full-day programme: from £5,000, scope agreed.
Audience, preparation, format, travel, venue, materials, equipment and VAT treatment must be specified in writing. Short mindfulness series can be scoped as a separate package. No unlimited personal support is included.

PILOT PROCESS
Agree audience and aims -> scope and quote -> readiness checks and delivery -> optional feedback -> review and decide next stage.

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
Choice of participation; readable text; transcripts and optional audio; quiet and seated alternatives where relevant. No diagnosis disclosure or personal story required in a group. Spiritual imagery, sound and hypnosis are optional, and any therapeutic work requires separate suitability and consent arrangements.

PRIVACY AND SCOPE
This preview has no employee accounts or reporting. Future access, proportionate reporting and privacy arrangements require separate review. Individual reflections, health disclosures and personal-session notes are not offered to employers. No claim of guaranteed clinical outcomes, reduced absence or increased productivity.
Wellbeing activities complement appropriate organisational action, occupational health, EAP and healthcare routes; they do not replace them.
