Who provides the library?

Membership and individual purchases

The proposed £19 monthly membership renews each month until cancelled. It includes streaming access to released titles listed as included, plus one 20-minute live online group practice per calendar month. A recording of presenter teaching may be added without participant names, cameras, chat or personal disclosures.

Courses, downloads and personal sessions are separate unless expressly included in your order. Membership does not mean ownership of recordings or permanent access to the website. You can cancel future renewals through your account or by email; access continues to the end of the paid billing period. The first membership payment has a 14-day full-refund promise even if you have used the library. No minimum commitment is proposed.

One-off downloadable purchases identify the exact files, formats and permitted use. You may keep lawful saved copies for ongoing personal use after membership ends. Hosted re-downloads are proposed for 12 months from purchase. We will explain compatibility, download availability, total price, access period and any title-specific restrictions before you pay.

Your personal listening licence

For authorised downloads we grant, or pass on as permitted by the relevant rights holder, a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. You may make reasonable personal backups. For membership content, the licence is to stream included titles through your active account; copying streams is not included. Copyright stays with Casey or the credited rights holder.

Do not redistribute or resell files, share accounts, upload recordings to other platforms, publicly perform them, use them to deliver classes or commercial therapy, or use them to train AI models or clone voices without separate written permission. Uses allowed by law and your statutory rights are not restricted. Accessibility requests are welcome; contact us to discuss a suitable format.

Cancellation, refunds and faulty content

For eligible one-off digital purchases you ordinarily have 14 days to cancel. Immediate supply requires your prior express request and acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost when supply begins, followed by confirmation you can keep. A pre-ticked box, opening a file or agreeing to general terms alone does not replace these steps. If you do not request immediate supply, supply will be delayed until the cancellation period ends or you can cancel beforehand. The membership refund promise above is separate.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content may entitle you to repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund as applicable. Contact us with your order details. Nothing in this licence removes those rights. We do not make a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Changes to the collection

New releases may be added and licensed titles may leave. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable. If a removal materially reduces a benefit promised to you, we will offer an appropriate alternative, cancellation or refund for the undelivered part. We will not retrospectively remove the personal-use licence for a lawful purchased download. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a membership price change and a chance to cancel before it applies.

Listening, visuals and digital voices

Choose a comfortable volume and use relaxation or hypnosis in a safe seated or lying setting, never while driving, operating equipment or bathing. You can stop, keep your eyes open or skip suggestions. Choose a still or audio-only alternative if motion is uncomfortable. Movement sessions are optional and should stay within your comfortable range.

Light Language, white-light imagery, chakras and associated frequency themes are optional creative or spiritual practices. No particular health, financial or manifestation outcome is promised. Synthetic voices and AI-assisted productions will be identified. A digital narrator does not provide personal therapy or assess your needs. Individual psychotherapy and hypnotherapy require a separate professional agreement.

Member learning tools

The proposed £19 monthly library membership also includes released short learning guides and practical reflection tools identified as included in the catalogue. Free prepared guidance stays available without membership. The flagship Mind Mastery Foundations course, downloads and personal sessions remain separate. No live AI or unlimited personal mentoring is included.

Privacy in this preview

The free Global Mind Guide uses prepared responses and topic matching within the page. It does not send your searches to Casey, save a chat transcript or monitor conversations. Optional read-aloud uses your browser or device’s voices; some voice providers may process the prepared spoken text remotely. The guide never reads your entered search text aloud. See the free support page for its limitations and support sources.

This library page has no customer accounts, payment form, mailing-list signup, analytics or personal journal storage. The collection search and filters operate in your browser. Email links open your email application and send nothing until you choose to send. This page loads styles which request fonts from Google; the hosting service and font provider receive normal connection information. The homepage can store optional favourites and lesson progress in your browser, which you can clear in its preview privacy dialog.

For a business enquiry we use the name, contact details and message you provide to respond and keep an appropriate correspondence record, relying on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries or taking steps you request before a contract. Necessary hosting and email providers process the relevant data. We propose reviewing inactive enquiries after 12 months and deleting them unless a contract, dispute or legal retention reason applies. Contact Casey to request access, correction, deletion or to object; applicable rights and exceptions depend on the processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

A complete production privacy and cookie notice must identify the actual account, payment, hosting and email providers, retention periods, lawful bases, transfers and rights before customer data is collected. Therapy information is covered separately. This preview notice does not certify an unbuilt membership platform.

Creators and permissions

Each released item will identify its creator and permitted formats. To raise a rights concern, email contact@globalmindhealing.com with the title, page link, rights involved and supporting details. We will investigate promptly and may temporarily remove a disputed item while checking. Reporting a concern does not itself establish infringement.

We provide content as described and with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. England and Wales law applies without removing mandatory protections available where you live. Your statutory consumer rights remain.
